Ellen Carnahan Ms. Carnahan has twenty years of private equity investment experience. She joined William Blair Capital Partners (WBCP) in 1988 after ten years of management experience in the software and financial services industries. During her tenure at four of seven WBCP prior funds, she led the technology investment team and is recognized as "one of the 100 most influential women in Chicago" by Crain's Chicago Business. Ms. Carnahan has served on the boards of directors of over 25 companies, and currently serves as a director of technology / services companies Vericept, Talent Drive and BPX; and, is a director of Integrys Energy (NYSE: TEG). Prior to her venture capital career, she was Vice President of Marketing & Planning at SPSS, a then-$30 million applications software company (now public), and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Trailer Train Company, the largest operator of railroad flatcars. Ms. Carnahan is a CPA and holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago. She is a Board member of many non-profit and entrepreneurial organizations including the Illinois Venture Capital Association ('09 Chair), the Illinois Technology Development Account investing Treasury funds in Illinois funds (Board), TiE Midwest (Nominating Chair), The Chicago Network (FY '06 Chair), and Communities in Schools Chicago (Nominating Chair). She is an angel investor and a member of the Advisory Board of Hyde Park Angels. Through Machrie Enterprises, Ms. Carnahan provides sound judgment, expertise and extensive connections to growth businesses, venture capital, and growth equity funds. She is an Advisor to WMG Capital, which makes later stage investments in and acquisitions of technology-based service companies; and, Ceres Venture Fund, a venture capital fund dedicated to funding high growth companies located in the Midwest in their early stages of growth.
Steven R. Beauchamp Steven R. Beauchamp holds the position of Chief Executive Officer & Director at Paylocity Holding Corp. In the past Mr. Beauchamp occupied the position of Vice President-Product Management at Paychex, Inc. President at Payroll Central, Inc. and Vice President-Payroll Operations at Advantage Payroll Services, Inc. (both are subsidiaries of Paychex, Inc.) and Head-Financial Services at ADP Canada, Inc. Steven R. Beauchamp received an MBA from Queen's University and an undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Edward W. Gaty Presently, Edward W. Gaty is Senior Vice President-Product & Technology at Paylocity Holding Corp. and Senior Vice President-Product & Technology at Paylocity Corp. (a subsidiary of Paylocity Holding Corp.). He is also Member-College at Hall of Fame and Senior Vice President-Product & Technology at Paylocity Corp. In the past Edward W. Gaty was Chief Information Officer-Benefits Administration at Alight Solutions LLC, Chief Information Officer-Benefits Administration at Aon Hewitt Ltd. and Chief Information Officer-Benefits Administration at Hewitt Associates. He received an undergraduate degree from Kalamazoo College and a graduate degree from Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering & Applied Science.
Ronald V. Waters Ronald V. Waters is on the board of HNI Corp. and 4 other companies. In the past Mr. Waters held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at LoJack Corp., Chief Financial Officer of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co., Partner at KPMG LLP and Controller at Gillette Co. Mr. Waters received an undergraduate degree from Trinity College (Connecticut) and a graduate degree from The Leonard N Stern School of Business.

Jeff T. Diehl Jeff T. Diehl is Managing Partner & Head of Investments at Adams Street Partners LLC. Mr. Diehl is also on the board of 13 other companies. In the past he held the position of Principal at The Parthenon Group LLC and Principal at UBS Asset Management (Americas) Inc. Mr. Diehl received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Virginia G. Breen Virginia G. Breen founded Blue Rock Capital. Ms. Breen is Partner at Chelsea Partners LLC and on the board of 17 other companies. In her past career she was Founding Partner of Blue Rock Capital, General Partner of Sienna Ventures, Inc., Vice President at Sprout Group and Trustee at UBS Enso Fund. Ms. Breen received an MBA from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from Harvard College.
Steven I. Sarowitz Steven I. Sarowitz founded Paylocity Holding Corp. and Paylocity Corp. He occupies the position of Chairman for Paylocity Holding Corp., Chairman for Paylocity Corp. (a subsidiary of Paylocity Holding Corp.) and Chief Executive Officer for Blue Marble Payroll LLC. Steven I. Sarowitz is also Manager of Paylocity Management Holdings LLC. In the past Mr. Sarowitz was President of Independent Payroll Providers Association, Principal at R.F. White Co., Inc. and Member of Sierra Club. Mr. Sarowitz received an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois.
Michael R. Haske Michael R. Haske is President & Chief Operating Officer for Paylocity Holding Corp. and President & Chief Operating Officer for Paylocity Corp. (a subsidiary of Paylocity Holding Corp.). In his past career Mr. Haske held the position of Director-Marketing & Business Development at Paychex, Inc. and Sales Manager & Trainer-Corporate Sales at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Mark H. Mishler Mr. Jeff T. Diehl is Managing Partner & Head of Investments at Adams Street Partners LLC. Rob Goldstein Rob Goldstein is Vice President-Technical Services at Paylocity Holding Corp. Mr. Goldstein received an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, a graduate degree from College of Computing & Digital Media and a graduate degree from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

In his past career Mr. Reiner was Vice President-Software Development at PROS Revenue Management, Inc. Mr. Reiner received an undergraduate degree from the University of Houston.
