希尔顿是全球最大的酒店管理集团之一,截止2015年7月15日,希尔顿品牌在94个国家的4,350家酒店,包括超过720,000间客房(客房数与洲际酒店基本一致)。Hilton公司拥有、管理或特许经营多种品牌,其中包括华尔道夫酒店及度假村、港丽酒店及度假村、希尔顿酒店及度假村、希尔顿逸林酒店、大使套房酒店、希尔顿花园酒店、汉普顿旅馆、Homewood Suites by Hilton、汉普顿套房酒店、Home2 Suites by Hilton和希尔顿度假大酒店。2007年7月4日,美国希尔顿酒店集团与黑石集团旗下的地产及企业私募基金达成协议,以近260亿美元的价格将公司出售给黑石集团。根据协议, 黑石以溢价32%,每股47.5美元,共计约185亿美元收购希尔顿公开发行的普通股,这次收购将全部以现金形式进行。如果考虑黑石应承担的希尔顿债务,这一交易作价达到260亿美元。2013年12月3日,希尔顿酒店集团代号“HLT”计划招股上市,发售1.1760624亿股,每股作价20美元计算,集资额最多为23.4亿美 元。希尔顿本次IPO所发行的股份仅占其总股本的约11.5%。待售股分内,来自希尔顿发行的新股有6410万股,而现有股东则发售4870万股。上市后,黑石仍持有76.2%的希尔顿股权。希尔顿全球控股(Hilton Global Holdings)目前持有希尔顿7.1%的股份。2015年7月31日,针对近期的市场传言,洲际酒店集团(IHG)宣布,未与喜达屋集团(HOT)进行合并谈判。2016年2月,希尔顿酒店集团证实,该公司计划将旗下多数酒店分拆为一只房地产投资信托基金,并表示将把分时度假业务Hilton Grand Vacations分拆成一家独立的公司。该公司称,这只REIT将包含大约70处物业,多数为美国及其他国家的高端资产。Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc.,为总部设于美国纽约市的黑石集团旗下分支,拥有除美国外全球范围内“希尔顿”商标的使用权。美国境内的希尔顿酒店则由希尔顿酒店管理公司(HHC)拥有并管理。截至2017年3月22日,希尔顿共在104个国家和地区拥有4,900处酒店或度假村资产,约80万个房间。希尔顿Hilton旗下品牌豪华 港丽酒店及度假村 华尔道夫酒店及度假村全面服务 希尔顿酒店及度假村 希尔顿逸林酒店(DoubleTree by Hilton) 大使套房酒店(Embassy Suites)集中服务 希尔顿花园酒店(Hilton Garden Inn) 汉普顿旅馆(Hampton Inn) 汉普顿套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites)长住套房 Homewood Suites by Hilton Home2 Suites by Hilton分时度假 希尔顿度假大酒店(Hilton Grand Vacations)已倒闭 Denizen Hotels

【中信信托推出信托业首单单层CMBS产品】近日,中信信托担任计划管理人并主导实施的“中信信托-南京世茂希尔顿酒店资产支持专项计划”在上海证券交易所发行,这是基于成熟运营酒店资产的资产证券化业务,也是全国信托业首单单层CMBS产品,发行总规模7.1亿元人民币,优先级证券评级AAA。(中证报)
